LIT program
The Leaders In Training program offers an exciting experience for teens aged 14-15. LIT includes the Algonquin Challenge, certifications, shadowing, event planning, camping trips, and leadership development. Join us for an unforgettable adventure!
CIT program
The Counselor In Training program offers accepted LIT graduates aged 15-16 a full-month opportunity for hands-on leadership training. CITs develop problem-solving and communication skills while experiencing camp life, preparing them for future roles as counselors through practical training.
