CORPORATE RETREATS & TEAM GETAWAYS
Get Out of the Office. Bring Your Team Together.

Sometimes the best way to move forward as a team is to get away from the everyday routine.
Camp Eden Woods offers businesses and organizations a unique setting to connect, collaborate, celebrate and recharge — surrounded by nature on beautiful Elephant Lake.
Whether you're planning a leadership retreat, company getaway, team-building weekend, strategy session, staff appreciation event or simply looking for something different from another day in a conference room, we'll help you create an experience around your team.
Your retreat. Your goals. Your way.
Trade the boardroom for the outdoors.
MORE THAN A MEETING
A retreat at Camp Eden Woods gives your team the opportunity to step away from emails, meetings and everyday distractions and spend meaningful time together.
Your stay can combine productive work sessions with outdoor activities, team challenges, great food and downtime.Spend the morning working through company goals, take the afternoon onto the lake or through a team challenge, and finish the evening around a campfire.

It's a corporate retreat that doesn't feel corporate.
TEAM BUILDING THAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY
WANT TO DO
Skip the awkward icebreakers.

Our team-building experiences get people moving, communicating, laughing and solving problems together.

Programming can be designed around:

-
Communication
-
Leadership
-
Collaboration
-
Problem solving
-
Trust
-
Adaptability
-
Healthy competition
-
Team morale
-
Relationship building

From small leadership groups to larger departments and organizations, activities can be adjusted to your group's size, comfort level and goals.

Looking for something competitive?
We'll build it that way.

Want something relaxed and social?

We can do that too.
CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE

WORK. PLAY. RECHARGE.
Your retreat doesn't have to choose between productivity and fun.
We'll help you build a schedule with space for both.

Work
Set aside time for meetings, presentations, planning sessions, workshops or leadership
development.

Bring your own facilitators and programming, or talk to us about incorporating structured
team-building into your retreat.

Play
When the meeting ends, camp begins.
Depending on your retreat and season, your team can experience a variety of camp activities, outdoor challenges, waterfront programming, sports, games and team competitions.

Recharge
Not every minute needs to be scheduled.
Build downtime into your retreat so your team can enjoy the property, spend time by Elephant Lake, relax with coworkers or simply enjoy being away from their regular routine.
Sometimes the conversations that happen between activities are just as valuable as the activities themselves.
STAY A WHILE
Turn your company event into an overnight experience.
Camp Eden Woods can accommodate up to 176 overnight guests, allowing teams to stay together right on site.
Our cabins include indoor bathroom facilities, so your group gets the fun and atmosphere of camp without completely giving up the comforts of home.
Staying overnight also means there's no rush to squeeze everything into a few hours.

Have dinner together.

Stay for the campfire.

Enjoy the evening.

Wake up and do it all again.

WE'LL HANDLE THE FOOD
Great retreats need great meals.

Meal service can be incorporated into your stay so your team doesn't need to coordinate restaurants, transportation or individual meal plans throughout the retreat.

Gather everyone together for meals between meetings and activities and let us take care of the cooking.
Dietary requirements and allergies can be discussed with our team during the planning process.
MAKE IT A COMPANY CHALLENGE
Have a bigger group? Let's make things interesting.

Divide your company into teams and spend the retreat competing for the Eden Woods Company Cup.

Teams can earn points throughout their stay through physical challenges, problem-solving activities, trivia, waterfront events, camp games and surprise competitions.

Departments can compete against departments, locations against locations or we can mix everyone together and give employees an opportunity to work with people they don't
normally interact with.

Finish the retreat with a final challenge and crown your champions.

It's team building without sitting in a conference room talking about team building.

YOUR RETREAT, BUILT AROUND YOU
There isn't one "right" way to run a company retreat.

That's why we don't believe in forcing every group into the same itinerary.

Tell us what you're hoping to accomplish and we'll help you build the experience around it.

Planning a leadership retreat?

Combine strategy sessions with downtime and outdoor experiences.

Celebrating a great year?

Make the trip about food, activities, competition and having fun together.
